Material Inventory

In order to provide a true Quick-Turn assembly, it becomes critical that all the assembly materials are immediately available. Some customers may provide assembly kits while others may not want the headaches of maintaining the inventory and building assembly kits. As an optional service, Catalyst Microtech maintains a customer consigned inventory or through a special pricing arrangement we purchase and maintain our own inventory to support your assembly needs. It is our commitment to guarantee the materials required for your assembly are available!

Every month your consigned inventory is counted, reviewed and reported. Our review process includes a complete usage review as well as projected inventory requirements. Not only do we maintain the current inventory but we adjust our inventory levels based on historical trends as well as future forecast. Every month you receive an inventory report so you can rest assured that when the time arrives to assemble your parts Catalyst Microtech is prepared.

Machine Tooling

Catalyst Microtech wants to assure our customers that all possible steps are taken in advance to prepare for your quick-turn needs. Our advanced preparation includes creation and verification of the tooling for the equipment required to process your devices. Chances are high that the proper tooling already exists but in those rare instances, we would like to avoid the delay required to create new tooling.

Machine Programming

Most of the equipment at Catalyst Microtech is automated and requires some amount of programming. As our commitment to provide the best service available, we would like to pre-program our equipment well in advance of your assembly requirements. This service has no associated charge but has a substantial benefit when the time comes to build your devices. We will do the work in advance so you can reap the benefits!
