An assembly process can easily run out of control and yield rejectable parts. Testing of the product quality at different stages of the assembly process is required to maintain high quality and high yields. Dage BT23 Ball Shear Tester

Wirebond is a key process that must be monitored to guarantee the quality of our assembly. The Dage BT-23 machine provides a fully programmable shear testing platform to accurately test gold ball bonds, aluminum wedge bonds, solder ball attachment, flip-chip bumps and anything that requires an attachment test. With an interchangeable load cartridge, this machine tests die shear strength and SMD attachment strength.

Dage BT22 Wire Pull Tester

One of the quickest and easiest methods to determine wirebond quality is a wire pull test. The Dage BT-22 is an industry standard tester that provides wire pull testing for the smallest through the largest wires using interchangeable load cells.

Varian Fine Leak

When your application calls for a hermetic seal then a fine leak test is the only method to guarantee the integrity of the seal. With our Varian fine leak tester we can test hermetic seals down to 1x10ˉ8 cc/atm.
