Camalot 3600 Automatic dispensing system

The Camalot 3600 provides fully automatic (magazine to magazine) vision guided dispensing for a variety of applications. This machine is equipped with a 5 zone heating system that allows enhanced process capabilities as well as integrated curing of snap cure epoxies and underfills. Accel Microline Cleaning System

With the Accel Microline Cleaning System, we provide touch free cleaning. Parts are cleaned in their carriers, either Jedec trays or Auer boats, reducing damage from inlet to outlet. The patented Integrated Flow Module utilizes micro spray nozzles to supply an efficient, uniform spray for flux removal. High velocity air drying combined with convection heating ensures parts and carriers are dried thoroughly.
